Returns & Refund Policies

We want you to feel confident shopping with What Lala Loves. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

Once a return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned in original or secure packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@whatlalaloves.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit, depending on availability. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only for damaged or incorrect items.


Standard Returns

For eligible returns that are not damaged or incorrect, store credit will be issued.

Refunds to the original payment method are not available for standard returns.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as What Lala Loves is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Intimates, bodysuits, and lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty products
  • Accessories marked “Final Sale”

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email support@whatlalaloves.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
