RETURNS & REFUNDS

At What Lala Loves, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with eligible returns.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed clothing items with all original tags attached and original packaging intact.

To qualify for a return:

• A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The 7-day return window begins on the date tracking shows the package as delivered.
• For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins when the final package has been delivered.
• Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
• Items must be free of perfume, odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, damage, or signs of wear.

Return authorization is required before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Beauty products
• Bodysuits
• Face masks
• Intimates and lingerie
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• An incorrect item was received
• The return is the result of our error

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at Support@Whatlalaloves.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

We will review your claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing after the returned package has been received. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification.
