What Lala Loves is a U.S.-based online boutique offering thoughtfully selected apparel and accessories. Orders are fulfilled through trusted fulfillment partners and may ship from U.S. or international warehouses depending on the item.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the item’s warehouse location:

  • U.S.-shipped items: typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing
  • International warehouse items: typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing

Most orders are delivered within 5–13 business days from the date of purchase.


Shipping Origin

Orders may ship from U.S. or international fulfillment partners, depending on product availability.


Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $75
  • Flat rate shipping of $9.99 on orders under $75

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided via email once your order has been processed. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.


Delivery Delays

While we work to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before your order is shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
