How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times vary based on the item’s warehouse location.
- Items shipped from U.S. warehouses typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing
- Items shipped from international warehouses typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing
Most orders are delivered within 5–13 business days from the date of purchase.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes, it may. Items in the same order can ship separately from different fulfillment partners and may arrive at different times.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are provided for each shipment once your order has been processed. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes, we currently only ship within the United States.
Returns & Refunds FAQ
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
Are any items final sale?
Yes. The following items are non-returnable:

- Intimates, bodysuits, and lingerie
- Swimwear
- Jewelry and beauty products
- Any items marked “Final Sale”
How do I start a return?

Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Will I receive a refund to my original payment method?
Refunds to the original payment method are only issued for damaged or incorrect items. Approved standard returns are issued as store credit.
