Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Multiple Shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

- Free shipping on orders over $75
- Flat rate shipping of $6.99 on orders under $75

RETURNS & REFUNDS
At What Lala Loves, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with eligible returns.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed clothing items with all original tags attached and original packaging intact.
To qualify for a return:
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The 7-day request window begins on the date tracking shows the package as delivered.
- For orders shipped in multiple packages, the request window begins when the final package has been delivered.
- Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request submission.
- Items must be free of perfume, odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, damage, or signs of wear.
Return authorization is required before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates and lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- An incorrect item was received
- The return is the result of our error
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@whatlalaloves.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We will review your claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
For eligible standard returns, approved refunds will be issued as store credit. Refunds to your original method of payment are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing after the returned package has been received. Store credit is typically issued the same day processing is complete. Depending on your financial institution, original payment method refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Are Kitsch hair care products clean and cruelty-free?
Yes! Kitsch hair care is cruelty-free and made without parabens, phthalates, or silicones. Many formulas are also sulfate-free and vegan. Check each product's details for its full ingredient list.
Are Kitsch shampoos and conditioners safe for color-treated hair?
Many of them are! The Rice Water formulas and the Purple Toning bars are labeled color-safe. Check the product details for the specific item you're eyeing.
How do I use a shampoo or conditioner bar?
Wet your hair, then rub the bar between your hands or glide it over your hair to build a lather. Rinse well, then follow with the conditioner bar on your mid-lengths and ends. Let your bars dry between uses. A Kitsch Beauty Bar Bag makes that easy.
How long does a shampoo bar last?
Kitsch says one bar can last up to 100 washes, depending on your hair length and how often you wash. Keeping it dry between showers helps it last even longer.
Can I return beauty and hair care products?
Beauty products are final sale for hygiene reasons, so they can't be returned. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
